KHALID GENERAL ADMISSION PROCEDURE:
The General Admission (GA) line will open at 7 a.m. on Wednesday, May 16. Camping and overnight lineups will not be allowed. The GA line will begin on the north side of Allen Event Center (facing Courtyard Marriot). Doors will open at 7 p.m.
Since General Admission ticket holders are guaranteed a standing-room-only spot for the show, Allen Event Center does not encourage lining up early for entry. Those who do arrive early should take proper weather-related safety precautions. Guests are welcome to bring unopened bottles of water with them into the GA line as well as umbrellas and personal-sized misters or fans. However, please note that these items (and others listed below) will not be allowed inside the arena.
PROHIBITED ITEMS (Inside Allen Event Center):
- Large bags including backpacks, tote bags and over-sized purses. Bags and purses should be no larger than 4.5” x 6.5” or approximately the size of a small clutch purse or wristlet.
- Signs, banners or flags larger than 2' x 3'
- Professional cameras (detachable lens or lens longer than 3")
- iPads
- GoPro cameras
- Selfie sticks
- Audio/video recording devices
- Outside food or drink (Please wait until you enter the arena to dispose of your beverage.)
- Umbrellas
- Laser pointers
- Fireworks
- Pocket knives and weapons of any kind
For the convenience of our guests, there will be portable restrooms and several water stations placed throughout the General Admission line. Limited cell phone charging stations will also be available - bring your own charger.

“The Roxy Tour” was inspired by Khalid's recently adopted Pitbull mix, Roxy, who he rescued from a Los Angeles-based animal shelter. A $1 donation from every ticket sold on “The Roxy Tour” will be given to local animal shelters in each tour stop.
