The schedule for The Battle: Basketball Showcase has been adjusted, moving all matchups to Saturday, November 21. The consolidation is made as an added precaution as the event continues to make the health and safety of all participants its top priority. An originally slated team has obtained positive COVID-19 results this weekend, and they will no longer be competing.

The updated schedule brings an elite Texas team to the event, as Legacy the School of Sport Sciences of Spring, Texas, will face off against Hillcrest Prep of Phoenix, Arizona at 6:30 p.m. Top players in this matchup include Michael Foster of Hillcrest Prep and Ashton Smith and Sir Issac Herron of Legacy.

The marquee matchup of the event remains YPSI (YPSI Prep) and National Player of the Year, Emoni Bates, facing a tough battle against CBC (Sierra Canyon) at 8:30 p.m. The battle of national powerhouses will be the only meeting between these two teams this year.

COVID-19 testing protocols remain in place for all teams prior to participation. There is limited capacity for fans to attend and ticketing will be done while adhering to social distancing measures and group pod seating. A mandatory mask policy will be strictly enforced.

Fans who purchased Friday tickets will automatically receive a refund to the credit card used at the time of purchase.

This is a limited capacity event with POD Seating to enable a safe seating environment. POD Seating is available in select section groupings of 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 seats. You must purchase all tickets in a selected POD grouping.

Tickets to The Battle are on sale now at or by calling 800-745-3000. Tickets start at $25.
