The Allen Americans have extended their COVID-19 safety protocols through the remainder of the 2020-21 season.
- The team requires that all employees and fans wear a mask at all times except when actively eating or drinking in a ticketed seat. Masks must completely cover the wearer's nose and mouth. Children under the age of 10 years old and any person with a medical condition or disability that prevents wearing a face covering are exempt.
- Patrons on the Bang Solar Premium Level must wear masks in Allen Event Center's public areas (concourse, hallways, restrooms, elevator, etc.). Patrons are encouraged to wear masks in their private suites.
- A limited capacity of 2,115 fans (maximum) per game will continue for the remainder of the 2020-21 season.
